Online ticketing system di PJKA

Ini adalah kali pertama aku menggunakan kereta api eksekutif. biasanya paling bisnis. Baik perjalanan Jakarta-Jogja, Jogja-Jakarta, Pekalongan-Jakarta, Jakarta-Pekalongan. Kali ini karena perjalanan membawa 2 orang jagoan kecilku maka ku putusakan menggunakan KA eksekutif. Bagaimana mendapatkan tiketnya? online tiketing PJKA?
Kalo di suruh menilai maka ticketing paling enak adalah ticketingnya airasia. Calon penumpanng tinggal mbuka website AirAsia kemudian registrasi di situ atau mungkin cuman ingin lihat-lihat harga saja juga bisa. Tiket untuk beberapa bulan ke depan bisa kita lihat harganya, kalo memang sreg juga bisa langsung kita beli. Enaknya lagi beberapa saat setelah kita melakukan pembelian maka tiket akan segera dikirim ke e-mail kita. Sungguh nyaman. Serasa berada di jaman information age beneran

Maskapai laen? mandala baru saja membuat system ticketing yang serupa. meskipun tetep aja bagiku AirAsia paling enak system ticketingnya. Selain daripada itu menurutku air asia adalah perusahaan yang jujur. Lihat saja di halaman webnya tertulis pernyataan ketepatan waktu or jadwal 80%. Menurutku ini salah satu kehebatan air asia. Sementara maskapai laen mengaku paling tepat waktu, tapi aktualnya juga molor.
Ha menarik yang laenya adalah system ticketing-nya AirAsia di bangun menggunakan bahasa java. Aku sangat jarang menemukan web dengan bahasa java. Cari hosting bahasa java yang berbayar-pun kayaknya susah. apalagi yang gratisan Sebagian besar di dominasi oleh PHP, yang ringan dan powerfull, dengan berbagai cms yang tersedia. Kabarnya java lebih powerfull sih. Gak tahu lah itu urusan para expert bahasa java.
imho:
harusnya seluruh maskapai di indonesia menggunakan bahasa java ! kenapa? ya karena beroperasi di tanah jawa
back to ticketing PJKA.
3 minggu sebelom lebaran PJKA mengumumkan lewat TV bahwa seluruh tiket telah habis. Seorang temen yang ku minta tolong untuk berburu tiket di stasiun Gambir mengabarkan hal ini via SMS. Menurut temenku ini mungkin tiketnya sudah di borong semua sama calo. OK sip akhirnya ku minta tolong lagi ke temenku untuk membeli tiket bis saja -Lorena-Karina-.
Kepada temen yang di Semarang kuminta datang ke stasion tawang 1,5 bulan sebelom keberangkatan. Dari pihak setasion memberikan informasi bahwa tiket baru bisa di beli 1 bulan sebelom keberangkatan. Sip langsung ku transfer sejumlah uang dan data-data yang di perlukan. Temen yang di Semarang siaga, menunggu 1 bulan sebelom keberangkatan langsung beli tiket yang ku pesan.
Harga tiket Arya Kamandanu smg-jkt adalah 180 ribu perorang. Jumlah penumpang tiap gerbong adalah 4 x 25 = 100 orang, cmiiw. Jumlah gerbong penumpang adalah 5. jadi kapasitas penumpangnya adalah 500 orang. Dalam sekali angkut maksimal akan diperoleh uang tiket 90 jt. Mungkin hari biasa separonya aja.
Air asia btm-jkt itu jumlah kursinya sekitar 25 x 6 = 150 orang. harga tiket bervariasi. Mereka yang beli jauh hari sebelomnya akan mendapat tiket paling murah. Cth kami 4 orang membayar 1,2 jt untuk penerbangan btm-jkt. Anggap saja harga tiket rata-rata adalah 500 ribu, maka perkiraan perolehan Air asia sekali terbang btm-jkt adalah 75jt.
Nah pelajaran apa yang bisa di ambil? Dengan perolehan 75jt sekali terbang Airasia bisa membuat system database ticketing yang canggih dan memanjakan penumpang. Mau terbang kemanapun anda, bisa beli tiketinya dari manapun melalui internet. Para calo tiket tidak akan pernah bisa mencampuri urusan ticketing di AirAsia. Kenapa PJKA tidak membuat system yang sama? masih saja para calo ticket berkeliaran. di Jaman information age ini. Kita or wakil kita harus datang langsung ke tempat pembelian tiket. Bukanya kedepan hal ini sudah tidak relevan lagi?
PJKA please improve dong system ticketing-nya, agar tidak tergilas oleh kemajuan zaman. Mosok jaman information age gini masih berurusan dengan calo. Ada ribuan sarjana komputer di wisuda tiap tahunya. Kenapa tidak di manfaatkan?
kok telat uploadnya? ini kan waktu mudik lebaran kemarin kan ya?
ini mungkin gara2 ga kebagian tiket untuk pulang dari jakarta-semarang …. hehehehe
